On behalf of our client, we are looking for a clinically focused, patient-oriented Pharmacist to join our team in beautiful Bermuda. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with patients, providing professional counseling, and working as part of a close-knit team. Our team values strong relationships, clinical excellence, and outstanding customer service.

‍Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense and check prescriptions

Provide effective patient counseling and Medication Use Reviews (MURs)

Deliver warm, personalized customer service

Support nursing home dispensing(experience using a packager is an asset)

Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and documentation

Work collaboratively with team members across two locations

Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in a community-focused setting

‍Requirements

Pharmacy Degree from an accredited program

Must be registered in the country of the accredited program

Minimum 2 years' retail pharmacy experience

Strong counseling and communication skills

Friendly, efficient, and willing to workflexible hours

Computer literate

Experience with MURs,nursing home dispensing, and packaging systems is an asset

Strong commitment to customer service and patient care
