Spire Clare Park Hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our established and busy pharmacy team. This role is integral to the delivery of a safe, effective and highquality pharmacy service, in line with current legislation, professional standards and clinical best practice.
With over 35 years of service, Spire Clare Park Hospital provides a wide range of surgical, medical, outpatient and diagnostic imaging services to adults, children and young people across Surrey and Hampshire. Recently rated 'Good' by the CQC, the hospital offers specialties including cosmetic surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, general surgery and women's health. Facilities include three operating theatres (two laminar flow), 34 inpatient and daycase beds, and a threebed enhanced recovery unit.
Duties and Responsibilities Deliver a comprehensive pharmacy service across the hospitalProvide expert advice and support to consultants, nurses and clinical teams to ensure the safe, effective and costefficient use of medicinesContribute to personalised, patientcentred care with empathy and professionalismDevelop strong collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomesIdentify and implement opportunities for service improvement, including new processes or equipmentMaintain uptodate clinical knowledge in line with evolving prescribing practice and services

Who We're Looking For Degreequalified PharmacistCurrent GPhC registrationMinimum 1 year postqualification hospital experienceStrong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with patients and clinical colleaguesMotivated to deliver a highquality pharmacy service in a hospital environmentNonmedical prescribing qualification desirableMust hold a full UK driving licence
