Who we are

Pharmacy Job Board (pharmacyjobboard.co) is a UK job board for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Pharmacy Job Board.

Data we collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Email address — when you subscribe to our weekly newsletter or post a job listing.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe when you purchase a job listing. We do not store card details.
• Usage data — standard server logs and anonymised analytics (pages visited, referrer, device type).

How we use your data

• To send you the weekly pharmacy jobs digest (newsletter subscribers only).
• To process and display your job listing (employers only).
• To improve the site based on anonymised usage patterns.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

For newsletter subscribers, we process your email on the basis of consent — you opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any newsletter email. For job postings, we process data on the basis of contract performance.

Third-party services

• Mailchimp — stores newsletter subscriber email addresses.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (e.g. subscription confirmations).
• Stripe — processes payments for job listings.
• Supabase — hosts our database (EU region).
• Netlify — hosts the website.

Data retention

Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Job listing data is retained for 12 months after the listing closes. We delete personal data on request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
