Pharmacy Aseptic Services Trainer

Job description Job responsibilities Under the strategic guidance of the Senior Quality Assurance and Training Officer, co-ordinate the design and delivery of departmental training for Aseptic Services. To manage the design and delivery of departmental training packs, including their associated activities and quality assessment. To provide initial training for all new members of staff, before they are formally handed over to a designated trainer from Production or QA, depending on their job role and training pathway. Deputise for the Senior Quality Assurance and Training Officer and support the trainees as required. Support the pharmacy education team in ensuring RWT becomes an exemplar site for pharmacy workforce development. Daily operational accountability rests with the Senior Quality Assurance and Training Officer.
