Pharmacy Technician

Job description Job responsibilities GPhC registered pharmacy technician to work with our NHS general practice team in Southall. This role will involve virtual medication review for patients on repeat prescriptions, handling of acute medication requests, and handling of hospital clinic correspondence e.g. discharge letters and outpatient clinic letters, where relevant, plus practice clinical audit. The pharmacy technician will work closely with our administrative and clinical teams, with potential for later involvement in face to face chronic disease clinics. Support and training will be available via the GP partners and senior administrative team
