Job description Job responsibilities We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated clinical pharmacist to provide leadership within the pharmacy team and across the Trust in clinical areas as required. Working with internal and external stakeholders whilst accountable to the Trust Chief Pharmacist.Key responsibilities will be:Leading, co-ordinating, delivering and developing clinical services within admissions across the emergency floor. Development of policies, procedures, guidelines, risk assessments and audits. Promoting a culture of medicines safety to minimise harm, optimising learning from incidents and responding to safety alerts.
