Advanced Clinical Pharmacist - Neonates

Job description Job responsibilities Key Responsibilities. Provide a highly specialist level of pharmaceutical care to babies admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit and will support other health care professionals with regards to the use of medicines in this area, Develop and deliver high quality training for medicines use in neonates to pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals to promote the safe and effective use of medicines. Take part in the neonatal MDT ward rounds and provide non-medical prescribing support as appropriate. For full details, please refer to the attached job description
