Job description Job responsibilities Other key aspects of the role include supporting the rheumatology specialist nurses in rheumatology PGD reviews, competency documents for non-medical prescribing, mentorship for nurses wishing to become non-medical prescribers. Involvement in clinical governance processes, such as development of policies and procedures relating to the use of medicines within rheumatology. The holder of this post will provide medicines information support and antimicrobial stewardship to the rheumatology department. As part of the role the successful applicant will also support inpatient ward clinical care as part of the wider pharmacy department clinical team.
