Job description Job responsibilities For more information on the Job Description and Responsibilities please click the link below.Job summaryThis post provides a unique opportunity to join the pharmacy team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and provides an excellent opportunity to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to become a fully qualified Pharmacy Technician.Pre-registration pharmacy technicians are essential to the continuing development of the pharmacy team, and applications are invited from enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated people with good written and verbal communication skills. Previous pharmacy or customer service experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. This is a two year fixed term apprenticeship which includes working in the hospital Pharmacy and day release (online remote learning) at college leading to a Level 3 qualification. (Diploma in the Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technicians). This is a nationally recognised qualification, which on completion will allow you to register as a Pharmacy Technician with The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).The full job description outlines the key areas of responsibility for the role and the person specification details the qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience required. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week.
