• Role: Band 7 or 8a Clinical Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am – 5pm
• Pay: £30 – £36ph (depending on banding)
• Start: ASAP
• Length: 3 months
• This role will involve providing ward based clinical pharmacy support across acute services. Duties include medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, patient reviews, and discharge support. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPhC registration
• Strong ward based clinical experienceReferral Bonus
