We are currently recruiting for a Band 8b Lead Pharmacist Medicine to work on a temporary basis in Surrey and South West London. Please see details of the role below:Role Details

• Role: Band 8b Lead Pharmacist Medicine
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 29.27 hours per week
• Pay: £47ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: End of July 2026
• This role will involve leading clinical pharmacy services across medicine wards, supporting medicines optimisation, governance, and service development within the department.
• The post holder will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, provide specialist clinical leadership, and support the delivery of safe and effective prescribing across medical services.Requirements
• GPhC registration
• Significant NHS hospital pharmacy experience
• Previous leadership or senior clinical pharmacist experience essential
• Strong ward based and medicines optimisation experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
