We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Cancer Services Pharmacist to work on a temporary basis in Macclesfield. Please see details of the role below:Role Details

• Role: Band 8a Cancer Services Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Pay: £36ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: Ongoing
• This role will involve providing specialist clinical pharmacy support within cancer services, including medicines optimisation, clinical screening, patient counselling, and supporting safe prescribing across oncology and haematology services.
• The post holder will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality patient care and support treatment pathways within cancer services. Significant cancer services experience is desirable but not essential.Requirements
• GPhC registration
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Ward based clinical pharmacy experience essential
• Cancer services experience desirable
• Strong clinical screening and medicines optimisation skills
