Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist

We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to work on a temporary basis in Essex. Please see details of the role below:Role Details

• Role: Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5.30pm
• Pay: £36ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: 1 month rolling contract
• This role will involve providing ward based clinical pharmacy support within a hospital setting, including medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, patient counselling, and supporting safe and effective prescribing.
• The post holder will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support medicines optimisation and high quality patient care across inpatient services.Requirements
• GPhC registration
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Strong ward based clinical pharmacy experience
• Excellent clinical screening and medicines optimisation skills
