Job description Job responsibilities Structured Medications Reviews Assisting the Prescription team with queries Attending regular in-house MDTs Working with the ICB Medications Management Team to ensure the local formulary is adhered to and understood in house Carrying out audits when required Helping deliver the targets laid out in the local Prescribing Quality Scheme Helping deliver the targets laid out in QOF and IIF Working with our care homes to ensure optimal prescribing Advising GPs and other clinical staff Helping develop and maintain policies and protocols relating to medicine management
