Highly Specialist Pharmacist (SCD & WLCH)

Job description Job responsibilities The post holder will provide and manage pharmaceutical services to the Specialist Care Division & West London Children's Healthcare Directorate in accordance with the needs of the Division. Along with working with senior clinicians on determining medicines related cost pressures for the Specialist Care Division & West London Children's Healthcare Directorate. The post holder will also monitor and review prescribing practice within the Specialist Care Division & West London Children's Healthcare Directorate and to work with clinicians to ensure effective, safe, evidence based and cost effective prescribing.
