Job description Job responsibilities This is a senior operational role with a clear balance ofaccountability and support: You will lead and be accountable for the day-to-day running of services You will contribute to governance,qualityand regulatory work, with full support The Superintendent Pharmacistretainsoverall accountability for regulatory and strategic functions This role carries operational accountability for the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services, including acting as Responsible Pharmacist. Strategic,regulatoryand business-level accountabilityremainswith the Superintendent Pharmacist, with whom the post holder works closely and is fully supported. We are looking for a pharmacist who: IsGPhC registeredwith experience as a Responsible Pharmacist Has strongclinical and operational pharmacy experience Is ready tostep into or further develop in a leadership role Has the confidence tolead teams and manage day-to-day service challenges Is motivated to develop ingovernance,qualityand service improvement Demonstrates excellent communication,organisationand decision-making skills
