Lead Pharmacist – ePMA and Clinical Informatics

Job description Job responsibilities Lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of clinical IT programmes with a focus on medicines optimisation. Lead on the installation, configuration and testing of regular pharmacy catalogue updates to include new medicines Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures relevant to Clinical Informatics in Medicines Optimisation Lead all aspects of quality assuring IT software and systems relating to ePMA, including the provision of relevant, appropriate reports, audits and delivering actions to address any deficiencies or risks.
