Job description Job responsibilities Full Job Description attached.The postholder will work within their professional scope of practice and regulatory framework, supporting safe clinical care for patients receiving rehabilitation, intermediate care, sub-acute care, palliative care and step-up care.The role may be undertaken by an appropriately qualified and experienced clinician registered with the relevant professional regulator, such as the NMC, HCPC or GPhC, with prescribing capability where required by the service model. The service specification recognises clinicians may be registered with GMC or an equivalent core designated regulatory body such as NMC or HCPC.
