Job description Job responsibilities We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist to join our established pharmacy team within Cambridge City 4 PCN.The successful candidate will become an integral member of one or two GP practice teams, providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services while benefiting from the support of a large network pharmacy team consisting of clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.You will work closely with your designated pharmacy technician to deliver medicines optimisation, improve patient outcomes and support practices in achieving high-quality, safe and efficient prescribing.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop within primary care, with strong mentorship, regular peer support and excellent professional development opportunities.
