PCN Pharmacy Technician

Job description Job responsibilities See attached job description for more information.The post holder will work within their clinical competencies as part of a multi-disciplinary team to improve the quality and safety of care offered to patients of Mid Norfolk Primary Care Network.As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will: Work closely with GPs, practice teams, Clinical Pharmacists, community pharmacies, care homes and wider health and care partners. Contribute to the development of standardised pharmacy processes and pathways across the PCN. Participate in service and workforce development as the PCN progresses towards neighbourhood based working. Support data collection, reporting and evaluation of pharmacy services and patient outcomes. Actively contribute to PCN pharmacy meetings, training sessions and service improvement projects.
