Job description Job responsibilities Location - Hybrid and or practice based across the North West region predominantly the Merseyside, Lancashire and North Wales region mix of home and client site working. Salary - Up to £49500 dependent on experience. Hours - We are recruiting for a number of full time and part time positionsWe are looking for a confident and motivated Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber (V300 essential) to join our growing team. In this role you will provide safe and effective prescribing within your scope of competence, deliver medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews in primary care and act as the key point of contact for your allocated sites. You will use EMIS to manage patient records and clinical coding working independently while maintaining close communication with the wider team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery. This is a client-facing role where your clinical expertise will be matched by your ability to build strong relationships, maintain professional independence and spot opportunities to add value to the practices you work with.Main duties of the jobWhat you will do: Provide safe effective prescribing within scope of competence (V300 essential). Deliver medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews in primary care Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact for your sites. Confidently use EMIS to manage patient records and clinical coding.
