Job description Job responsibilities Our Pharmacists play a key role in delivering highquality healthcare within a friendly, local GP surgery. They oversee all aspects of patients medication management, including handling repeat prescriptions, conducting medication reviews, monitoring drug therapies, and ensuring safe and effective prescribing.
