Job description Job responsibilities Essential Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong clinical judgement and organisational skills Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred careDesirable Experience working within general practice or primary care Independent Prescriber qualification Experience undertaking Structured Medication Reviews Experience using EMIS Web Experience managing patients with long-term conditions and polypharmacyApplications from pharmacists who are new to general practice are welcomed. We will provide appropriate support, mentorship and opportunities to develop within primary care.We actively use technology to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary administrative burden, including EMIS Web clinical system Accurx and AskMyGP with structured preset messaging Workflow-based correspondence management Heidi AI clinical transcription Strong digital prescribing and medicines optimisation processesYou will join a practice that embraces innovation whilst maintaining safe, patient-centred care.
