Pharmacy Services Implementation and Success Manager (3 Days/Week) Role Overview We are seeking a Pharmacy Implementation Lead to activate our partner network. Your mission is to move pharmacies from "onboarded" to "active providers" of our teledermatology service. You will coach teams, remove operational blockers, and drive service adoption across 1,500+ sites.
Key Responsibilities Network Activation: Proactively manage a portfolio of sites to ensure confident, consistent service usage.
Clinical Coaching: Train pharmacy teams (remotely or in-person) on introducing the service and managing their first live submissions.
Community Building: Host monthly 30-minute webinars and share success stories to foster peer-to-peer learning.
Operational Feedback: Track engagement milestones and feed partner insights back to the GTM team to improve our platform.
Skills & Experience Sector Fluency: You "speak pharmacy" and understand the daily pressures of community teams.
Communication: High-level professional manner with the ability to simplify digital workflows.
Execution: Self-starter comfortable with remote work, CRM management, and hitting activation targets.
Integrity: Meticulous attention to detail regarding partner data and clinical processes.
The Offer Flexibility: 3 days per week (Freelance or Employed).
Location: Remote with ~25% travel for site visits and sector events.
