Job description Job responsibilities We are looking for a pharmacy technician who can work closely with the clinical and admin teams to ensure the efficient processing of repeat prescriptions including medication monitoring for high risk drugs.Working with the practice pharmacist(s), you will also be responsible for the monitoring and action of drug safety alerts, medication reconciliations for discharge and clinical letters.You will be involved in1.
