This training post is for 27 months and following successful completion of all criteria this will allow candidates to apply for registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician. Hours of work are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday with some flexibility outside core hours plus weekend and Bank Holiday rota work. Please note the salary for the PTPT post will be paid at the bottom of the Band 3 payscale in the first year of the contract and in the second year of the contract the salary will be paid at the bottom of the Band 4 payscale Band 3: £25,760 - £27,476 p.a. pro rataBand 4: £28,392 - £31,157 p.a. pro rata PLEASE NOTE : Important apprenticeship eligibility requirements This apprenticeship is funded through UK government regulations, which means we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. To be eligible, applicants must: Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship Have been ordinarily resident in the UK for the past 3 years In addition, one of the following must apply: Be a UK or Irish citizen, or Hold EU settled or pre-settled status, or Hold indefinite leave to remain with documentation valid for the full duration of the apprenticeship Please note: Applicants must not already hold a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject area (i.e. the programme must represent new learning rather than repetition of an existing qualification) As per Home Office guidelines, please be aware that, unfortunately, the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular position.
