Four GCSEs at grade A*-C/ 9-4, must include English language, Mathematics and one Science subject, ideally Biology or Chemistry OR Four GCSEs at grade A*-C/ 9-4, must include two Science, Mathematics and English. OR Functional skills level 2 in Mathematics and English (2019 and onwards), pharmacy experience and 2 GCSEs A*-C/ 9-4 as above

• Bradford Science Screening pass is now included in the eligibility criteria*

Must commit to achieving the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in the Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technicians within 2 years.

Must be able to work methodically and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Able to communicate well verbally with other healthcare professionals and patients some of whom may have barriers to understanding. Must be able to deal sensitively with all patients some of whom may be severely ill or distressed by their condition. Pleasant and helpful manner. Must possess initiative. Able to work well within a team
