You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues: Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Independent prescribing qualification. Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role. Previous general practice experience is desirable. Package Description: How well support you: Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience. 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata. 1 weeks paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
