Job description Job responsibilities For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification Act as the Pharmacist Educational Programme Director for the trainee pharmacists and band 6 pharmacists within the department and Chair of the Local Faculty Group (LFG). To collaborate with the Pharmacy Education and Training Team and external education providers to help deliver a strategy that supports the development and delivery of a high-quality clinical pharmacy service. Support and develop Practice Supervisors (PSs) and Educational Supervisors (ESs) within the pharmacy department, so that those in supervisory roles have had the recommended HEE training. To lead and co-ordinate the delivery of the Royal Marsden International pharmacy training and development programme To support pharmacy leads in the delivery of both external and in-house training programmes to enable pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pre-registration pharmacists / technicians to meet their professional requirements and developmental needs.
