Senior Rotational Clinical Pharmacist

Job description Job responsibilities The Pharmacist is responsible for professional aspects of the day-to-day pharmaceutical service provided by the Trust. To work closely with other members of the pharmacy team to provide a clinical pharmacy service to wards and to assist in developing pharmaceutical services.
