We are looking for an innovative and experienced specialist pharmacist to join our team and enhance our ability to provide medicines support for patients undergoing treatment within our Trauma and Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Pain Services. This is a fixed term post for 12 months to cover maternity leave.The postholder will be a key member of the pharmacy team providing supervision and development of pharmacists and maintaining our core services.You will be an excellent communicator interacting with healthcare professionals and patients. You must be highly self-motivated, able to demonstrate leadership skills and have the ability to plan and work, both independently and as part of the wider healthcare team, to deliver excellent pharmaceutical care to our patients.Experienced clinical pharmacists at band 7 with a prescribing qualification and an interest in developing into a specialist band 8a role may be considered for this post depending on experience.
