Job description Job responsibilities About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for two highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding pharmacy team to lead new mental health clinical pharmacy services across our community teams as part of our ongoing Transformation of mental health services. Each of the roles will lead a pharmacy team in either Barking & Dagenham or Waltham Forest, whilst working with the other borough leads to develop and improve the health outcomes in community mental health services across both adult and older adult mental health patients, working in multidisciplinary teams. High cost Area Supplement - Outer London (Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Havering and Waltham Forest). This post also attreacts paymenet for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with minimum of £4,870 to a maximum of £6,137 p.a. pro rata for part time).
