We are now looking for a passionate Clinical Pharmacist to join our Cancer Services team and play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and personalised care to our patients.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of oncology and haematology pharmacy practice. You'll provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey while contributing to service development and innovation. You will also take part in our on-call service, helping ensure the safe and timely provision of medicines outside of standard hours.What You'll Be Doing Deliver a high-quality clinical pharmacy service across oncology and haematology wardsClinically screen and final check chemotherapy prescriptionsProvide expert medicines advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionalsSupport medicines optimisation on admission and dischargeContribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiativesWork closely with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomesParticipate in dispensary services, including prescription validation and final checkingSupport education and training of colleagues and junior staffContribute to aseptic services, including chemotherapy production and GMP processes About You We're looking for a pharmacist who is committed, collaborative, and eager to develop within a specialist cancer setting.Essential: GPhC registered PharmacistPost-registration experience in a UK hospital settingStrong clinical knowledge and a patient-centred approachExcellent communication and teamwork skills Desirable: Experience in Oncology/Haematology and aseptic servicesPostgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy (or equivalent experience)Non-Medical Prescribing qualificationExposure to stem cell transplant or advanced therapies What We Offer Competitive salary aligned to Band 7 equivalentOpportunities to develop specialist oncology pharmacy skillsStructured training, development, and career progressionSupportive, collaborative working environmentOpportunity to work in a leading private healthcare setting Why Join Us?At The London Clinic, we live by our values: We go further | We work as one | We personalise care You'll be part of a team that truly makes a difference-supporting patients through some of the most critical moments in their lives.Apply Now If you're looking to take the next step in your pharmacy career within a specialist cancer service, we'd love to hear from you.
