Lead the safe, efficient and patient centred operation of the CHS outpatient dispensary in line with SOPs, medicines legislation and CHS / CHFT policies Manage staff, resources, activity and information for the outpatient dispensary service, including rota planning, performance management and training Drive continuous improvement through audits, KPI tracking, incident / near miss learning and service development projects that improve flow, safety and the patient experience Perform a final accuracy check on dispensed medicines Work collaboratively with pharmacy team members and other healthcare professionals Please see candidate briefing pack for full details.
