Provide senior operational leadership for the outpatient pharmacy service across CRH and HRI, ensuring safe, efficient and patient centred delivery in line with SOPs, medicine legislation and CHS / CHFT policies Manage people, capacity and resources (rota planning, workforce deployment, stock governance, system and facilities), acting as first line budget holder within delegated limits Responsible for KPIs and continuous improvement. Lead audits, incident / near miss learning and strategic service development projects to improve flow, patient safety, patient experience and value for money
