To line manage and supervise the work of the dispensary Senior Pharmacy assistants. To support the supervision of Pharmacy assistants, Apprentices, volunteers within the dispensary to ensure cohesive working relationships. Ensure mandatory training and appraisals are kept up to date for the team. To work as part of the dispensary & clinical pharmacy team, providing medicines optimisation service to wards and dispensary services.
