This is a role that continues to develop and expand and an opportunity for you to shape the role of the technician.Job Duties include:Medication reconciliation of clinical letters and hospital discharges.Supporting the repeat dispensing processPatient medication queriesMedication shortagesMedication recall processesIn house audits re CQC/QOF/Medicines Optimisation SchemesSupporting shared careMedication Safety alertsProviding a link for various stakeholders including community pharmacies and secondary care
