Pharmacy Technician/ Clean room supervisor

Job description Job responsibilities Essential person specification requirements NVQ in Pharmacy Services or equivalent including level 3 preparation units or equivalent level of experience. Extensive experience of working in an Aseptic/Manufacturing environment. Leeds University Aseptic Preparation of Medicines (APDM) short course, or be willing to undertake Educated to a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths or equivalent. Science Manufacturing Technician (SMT) Level 3 or a willingness to work towards this qualification. Registration the GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician or registered with the Science Council for Registered Technicians (RSciTech) or to be willing to work towards meeting the criteria to obtain professional RSciTech registration. Experience of working in a hospital Aseptic pharmacy department Previous experience of working in a Technical Services department. Evidence of training in Aseptic dispensing procedures Knowledge and understanding of GMP and QA and its application to Aseptic processing. Good working knowledge of safe dispensing and aseptic practices
