We are split into 5 different clusters across 2 sites and cover a high number of specialities. We offer opportunities for development, project work, leadership skills, clinical skills and specialty work. We are big believers in supporting flexible working and work with staff to find a good fit that benefits both them and the service. There are opportunities to also work with the wider MMPS such as pharmacists, clinical technicians as well as other multidisciplinary teams like nurses, doctors and co-ordinators.
